Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time Process Engineer near Dalton, GA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and support production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing.
- Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Optimize tooling, equipment, and workflow.
- Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Support new product launches.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues.
- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong process improvement and data analysis skills.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
