Job Summary
We are seeking an Adhesive Compo under to join our 3rd shift team. Hours will be Monday - Thursday 9pm - 7am. Pay range starts at $21.00/hr but is also dependent upon experience. As a 3rd shift associate you will also receive a shift premium of an additional $2/hr the Adhesive Compo under will be responsible for carefully measuring and mixing ingredients to produce adhesive materials according to specifications.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a compo under or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of adhesives and their properties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical condition to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- Measure and weigh raw materials according to formula.
- Mix compounds using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure compounds meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality control tests on finished products.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and compounds produced.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
