Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Tearing Line Operator for the 3rd shift in Dalton, GA to run and monitor four machines—Tearing Lines #1 & #2, Balers, and the Blend Line.
You will ensure fiber quality, monitor bin levels, and perform housekeeping while coordinating with maintenance to troubleshoot issues. When colleagues are on break, you’ll cover all tasks to keep production flowing.
