Position Overview:

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team. We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including:
Production Associate Creeler Creeler Operator Utility Relief Lift Truck Operator (LTO) Machine Operator.

Shift 3 Sunday
- Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am

Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include:
• Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements.
• Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
• May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs - 50lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones.
• General Follow all safety, attendance, and performance policies.
• Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow.
• Work necessary overtime as required by production demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull repetitively.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
  
  - 50 lbs., occasionally more depending on role.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
