Distribution Supervisor

Marvin is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, and material flow in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of distribution associates, coordinate daily dock and warehouse activities, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of windows, doors, and skylights to customers and internal production lines. Responsibilities include scheduling, workload planning, inventory accuracy, and safe equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks).

You will monitor KPIs, resolve logistics issues, and collaborate with production, customer service, and carriers while driving continuous improvement, safety, and 5S standards in a people-first environment.
