EHS Coordinator

Marvin is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manufacturing operation. In this role, you will assist in implementing and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs across our production facilities. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections and audits, supporting incident investigations, tracking corrective actions, and helping manage regulatory compliance documentation and reporting. You will deliver safety training, promote best practices on the plant floor, and partner closely with operations and leadership to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of EHS programs and policies in manufacturing operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments on the production floor.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records, and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Deliver or coordinate safety and environmental training for employees and supervisors.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and relevant environmental regulations and company standards.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through employee engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership to reduce risk and improve workplace safety.
• Assist with emergency response planning, drills, and readiness activities.
• Analyze EHS data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
