We are actively hiring a maintenance technician to join our team at our Dalton Plant. Americhem is one of the world's largest manufacturers of custom color concentrates. Shift: 1st Shift (7am to 3pm)

Maintenance Tech Requirements/Preferred Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Maintenance Tech Knowledge and
  
  Skills:
  
  Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot. Knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated. Ability to troubleshoot issues and employ problem solving strategies.

Maintenance Tech Essential Duties

• Repair and maintain various machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
• Work with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Performing preventative maintenance, and repairs to machinery.
