- Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice’s mission and services.

- Benefits may vary by employment status
- Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification, maintained in accordance with organizational policy.
- Licensed driver with an insured, functional automobile as required.
- Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
- Demonstrated excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and the emotional, clinical, and ethical considerations surrounding end‑of‑life care.
- Knowledge of pain and symptom management principles.
- Adherence to accepted professional standards and practices.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.
