Directs and leads local quality control effort to ensure compliance with customer specifications and applications.;
Applies QA systems, procedures, and practices to document all activities and maintain manufacturing recordkeeping activities.;
Investigates complaints and represents location on behalf of plant.;
Ensures timely testing is completed and department is trained in latest procedures in conjunction with customer specifications and corporate/industry standards such as ANSI/ASQC Q and ISO 9001 requirements.;
Works with sales, manufacturing and customers to resolve issues and make final disposition of order/products.
