Dalton Store – Dalton, GA 30720. Position Type:
Full-time. Salary Range: $15.00 – $15.00 Hourly.

- Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
- Ensure punctual and dependable attendance.
- Supervise all store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
- Develop, train, coach, and support store associates for career growth.
- Comply with agency policies, SOPs, and safety/security procedures.
- Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
- Assist and resolve complaints, and communicate issues to management.
- Maintain proficiency in all required tasks across workstations.
- Monitor and maintain overall store appearance and housekeeping standards.
- Perform and assist in all functions completed by store personnel.
- Support accurate record maintenance and reporting.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Review and follow safety policies, programs, and procedures; attend safety training and report unsafe conditions promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Prior retail or customer service/relation experience (preferred).
- Six months supervisory experience (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to growth and changing environments.
- Completion and maintenance of CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Reliable transportation and communication required.
- Availability to work during operating business hours, including evenings, holidays, blackout periods, and weekends.
