As a Just Jump Team Member, you’ll rotate through different areas of the park, including:

• Court Attendant – Keep jumpers safe and the equipment clean and monitored
• Sales Associate – Welcome guests, handle check‑ins, make concessions, and sell retail while keeping the sales area tidy and organized
• Party Host – Make birthdays special with great service, positive energy, and a clean, photo‑ready party space
• Greeter/Floater – Welcome guests, support teammates, and jump in where needed—including cleanup

No matter your assignment, a Team Member's core responsibility is to make every guest experience feel welcoming, safe, and fun.

• Are 18+ with a friendly, upbeat personality
• Love working with people—especially kids and families
• Stay calm and think fast when it gets busy
• Show up on time, ready to go, with a great attitude
• Follow rules, respect procedures, and take ownership of your work
• Can stand, move, and stay active for long shifts
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly
• Aren’t afraid to help clean, speak up, or jump in wherever needed
