Regional Sales Director – East Coast
Location: Dalton, GA (East Coast territory)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary ~$96,000 + performance-based commission
Job OverviewWe are partnering with a global furnishing manufacturer expanding its U.S. East Coast presence. The Regional Sales Director – East Coast will lead regional sales strategy, grow distributor and channel partnerships, and drive revenue across the Eastern U.S. This is a hands‑on leadership role with long‑term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute East Coast sales strategy and regional growth initiatives
- Drive revenue through distributors, dealers, contractors, and project-based customers
- Develop, onboard, and manage channel and distributor partners
- Expand market presence through showroom placements, product sampling, and local initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Manage regional sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to support order fulfillment
- Build and lead a regional sales team as the business scales
- Provide market insights on customer needs and competitive trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 8+ years of sales experience, including sales leadership or regional sales responsibility
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or project-based sales models
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. East Coast
- Regional leadership role with high visibility and ownership
