Shaw Industries, Inc. is launching an August 2026 Residential Sales Trainee cohort. The program combines hands-on training, real-world experience, and coaching to prepare you for a professional sales role with Shaw’s residential hard and soft surface lines.
Participants complete an 8–10 week training at our northwest Georgia headquarters, then transition into Territory Manager roles across the US, applying learned techniques and building a strong customer network.
