Sales Support Manager

Job Purpose The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the internal members in processing orders, sales reporting, and performing day-to-day administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage flow of daily orders

Oversee and enter all manual orders (ecommerce orders)
Process daily inventory feed for existing accounts

Distribute all installed sales orders through SYNO

ffice

Work closely with service providers to manage projects through SYNO

ffice

Work closely with SD warehouse to maintain inventory and ensure order flow Manage 50+ calls daily through phone rotations

Process sample requests and manage inventory for samples

Work closely with National Accounts Office Manager to maintain compliance with all existing programs

Assist the National Accounts Office Manager and National Accounts Director to establish order flow and processes for new accounts

Qualifications Degree: HS diploma/GED required

Experience:

Customer Service experience and Microsoft Office Suite required; CAMS Software experience preferred
