Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to develop and grow B2B and Bulk sales relationships across assigned districts. You will lead lead generation, conversion, and cross-functional collaboration to support inventory delivery and merchant capabilities.
The role requires at least one year in outside sales (B2B/bulk preferred), a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid work and frequent travel are expected to meet revenue goals.
