Job Overview
SECO of GA LLC is actively hiring experienced and driven Foremen to lead field operations on commercial electrical/control installations. As a key field leader, you will oversee crews of 8-15 team members, ensuring that all installations are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a critical leadership role for professionals who not only understand the technical side of the job, but also exemplify the company's values of service, trust, care, ownership, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of 4-15 electrical professionals on commercial job sites
- Manage the safe execution of all field work in accordance with project plans and safety protocols
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and resolve issues in real time
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports, safety meetings, and project updates
- Support field training and mentor junior team members
- Represent SECO's core values on every project
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical field leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead crews and execute work with minimal oversight
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specs, and schedules
- Valid driver's license
- A willingness to travel for project assignments
- No formal education requirement - apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule
- Full-Time:
Monday - Friday - Travel is required based on project location.
Location
- Projects will require travel throughout the region; candidates must be comfortable with field-based assignments.
