What You'll Do

* Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop

* Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service

* Document service work accurately and completely

* Maintain and manage service tools and equipment

* Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

* Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

* Complete repairs accurately and efficiently

* Maintain high levels of first-time fix success

* Deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships

* Maintain accurate and timely service documentation

* Meet productivity and service performance expectations

* Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth

Background & Experience

* 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field

* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability

* Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Valid driver's license
