Shaw Industries is seeking an Electrician Master (V) for 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.) in Dalton, GA. This top-tier role leads expert-level troubleshooting, advanced automation & controls programming, and mentorship of Electricians II–IV to improve reliability and performance.
You will work on highly automated plant equipment, coordinate preventive and PdM maintenance, and participate in major projects to optimize energy use, safety, and uptime. OSHA/NEC compliance is essential.
