* Education:
** High school graduate or equivalent.
** Licensure**: N/A

* Experience:
** Must have technical shop courses or basic maintenance experience

* Skills:
** Comfortable with the use of standard hand tools and be familiar with sheetrock repair, painting, trim work, wood work, and basic plumbing repairs.###
** Environmental and Working Conditions
** Work is mostly inside, may encounter hazards associated with electrical repairs. Requires flexible work schedule andon-call work.## PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS Work varies from light to moderately heavy. Must be able to adjust to changing tasks and make some independent judgements.
