C&H Industrial is looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and experienced Industrial Scaffolding crew leader to lead and oversee scaffolding operations at industrial job sites.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to build scaffolding, lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and get the job completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

What You'll Be Doing – Your Daily Impact:Lead & Manage the Crew:
- Lead and direct scaffolding crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
- Provide direction and support to crew members throughout the job.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while creating a productive team environment.
- Monitor crew performance and ensure everyone follows company and job-site safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and crew members.
- Independently design, construct, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems based on job-site requirements.
- Determine the appropriate materials, equipment, and layout needed to complete scaffolding projects.
- Ensure scaffolding is properly constructed and safe for use.
- Identify and resolve job-site challenges to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed according to safety, quality, and project standards.
- Safely transport trailers containing scaffolding and miscellaneous materials to and from job sites.
- Ensure necessary materials and equipment are available when crews arrive at the job site.
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain materials and equipment as needed.
- When scaffolding projects are not being built, assist with Hydro Vac and excavation operations at the job site.
- Work alongside other crew members to support project needs and maintain efficient job-site operations.
- Be willing to perform a variety of hands-on industrial tasks as operational needs change.
- Lead by example and maintain a strong commitment to job-site safety.
- Ensure proper PPE and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Identify potential hazards and take appropriate action to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and according to company and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Clean MVR
and valid driver's license. - Industrial labor and/or scaffolding experience required.
- Previous experience leading a crew or working in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to design and build scaffolding independently.
- Ability to safely transport a trailer with miscellaneous materials.
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lead a crew and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Willingness to travel to various industrial job sites.
- Ability to work on Hydro Vac and excavation operations when scaffolding work is not being performed.
- Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments and safely perform the essential duties of the position.
