Southeast - GA Dedicated Hauls

Driver Pay Rates:

* $200 - $230 per day, depending on experience

* Paid Lumpers:
Some driver unload available but not mandatory

* Breakdown Pay: $12/hour (after 4 hours in shop, up to 10 hours).

Starts online and concludes in Greeley, CO

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

* $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
* $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route:

* Running Region
- Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim's plant operations in each location.

* Plant Locations:
Live Oak, FL

* Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day;
Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.

* Start Times:
Vary by location

* Average Miles: 1,100/week

* Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

* At least 21 years old

* CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience

* Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience

* Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
