Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role ensures the accurate and efficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. The position is full‑time, long‑term temporary with full benefits after one year. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and experienced with Microsoft Excel, thriving in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Day: $17.50/hr
Night: $18.50/hr

Day shift: 8:00 am‑8:00 pm swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on)
Night shift: 8:00 pm‑8:00 am swing shift (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on)
Must be willing to work every other weekend

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and assist with counts and audits.
• Organize and store materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate any discrepancies, damages, or delays.

• At least one year of related experience.
• Must wear required PPE for the entirety of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel.

• Weekly pay.

• 40‑hour service bonus after one year of continuous service and 1,500 hours.

• $50 referral bonus if both employee and referral stay on assignment for 30 days.
