Logistics Coordinator (WH Inbound & Outbound Freight)
Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations

• Coordinate daily inbound shipments and receiving schedules.
• Verify shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery information.
• Monitor unloading activities and ensure accurate receiving transactions.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding inbound status.
• Report receiving discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS/ERP systems.

• Coordinate outbound shipment schedules and carrier appointments.
• Prepare shipping documentation including BOL, labels, and shipment reports.
• Ensure orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Communicate shipment status and delivery updates to customers and internal teams.
• Monitor outbound performance and resolve shipping issues promptly.
• Support routing, load planning, and transportation coordination.

• Maintain daily operational reports and shipment tracking logs.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operational teams to support workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and customer requirements.
• Support inventory control and cycle count activities when needed.
• Assist with issue resolution related to inventory, transportation, or customer claims.
• Provide administrative and operational support for warehouse activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or shipping systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving ability.
