11-person accounting/tax team. This will be the 4th person on the tax team, reporting to the Tax Director who I placed here 4 years ago (CPA, MST from GGU.)
Family office roles rarely open up, as people tend to stay long-term due to the lifestyle & benefits (detailed below.)
The clients of the family office are comprised of members of a local, multi-generational family. They provide its family members with a wide range of services from accounting to other personal services, as requested.
38 hour work week.
No checking emails after office hours.
Medical premiums covered 100% for employee +50% for dependents.
401k & very lucrative pension plan.
Currently going into the office just 1 day per month, but this will probably increase to 3-4 days/WEEK in the future.
Must have exposure to individual, trust, and most importantly partnership (PE) tax.
