Robert Half is actively seeking Administrative Assistants interested in contract and contract-to-hire opportunities to support upcoming hiring needs. Responsibilities:

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls

+ Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination

+ Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents

+ Maintain filing systems and records

+ Support office operations and administrative projects

+ Process data entry and maintain databases

+ Assist with event planning and meeting logistics

+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and follow-through

+ Ability to adapt in fast-paced office environments
