Mobile Service Technician
San Francisco, CA – Pay range provided by Shya Workforce Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range$18.00/yr - $25.00/yr
Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers with device issues
- Diagnose hardware and software problems on Mac Books, iPhones, and iPads
- Perform repairs such as screen, battery, keyboard, trackpad, SSD, and port replacements
- Handle macOS and iOS troubleshooting, data backups, and OS installations
- Provide repair estimates, timelines, and clear explanations to customers
- Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality
- Maintain repair logs and parts usage records
- Keep the repair workspace clean and organized
Proven experience repairing mobile and laptop devices
