This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Schedule: Weekend schedule, on call required
Requirements: Plumbing experience required
Key Responsibilities- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move‑ins by completing inspections, punch lists, coordinating vendors, securing materials, and ensuring quality make‑ready completion.
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and reporting re‑order needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service request records in a timely manner.
- Assist with upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, pressure washing, trash removal, and painting.
- Support cost‑control efforts by repairing when possible, minimizing waste, and using tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
