Project Manager (HVAC) position in CA Daly City, CA
We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Bay Area, looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office.
Responsibilities- Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades
- Submit change-orders
- Daily site visits
- 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Prior field experience in commercial HVAC
- Experience with MS Project, Blue Beam, MS Excel, among others
- Local in the Bay Area
- Stable work-history
