We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate
, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure areas are up to visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Support stock room organization and keep the store tidy.
• Work as a team to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $17.10 - $17.60 per hour. The final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
