JCPenney is seeking a Shrink Associate in Daly City, California, to support the Asset Protection team by investigating theft and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include observing activities, conducting interviews, and providing support during critical incidents. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail or Asset Protection experience and a high school diploma.
