As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated transportation locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and helping to deter potential issues.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points to help maintain a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to site protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts and assist with evacuations or other site-specific procedures as required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
