Job Description

Summary:

The pay rate for this position is $21.99 per hour.

DESCRIPTION OF

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

One who is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of shop facilities, fixtures and equipment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Carpentry:
  Rough carpentry work in building demolition and construction; finish carpentry work for doors, windows, walls, ceiling and systems; and fine cabinetry work for construction, repair and lamination of wood casework.
• Plumbing:
  Repairing and replacing water lines, faucets and water heaters; unclogging drainings; and sweating copper.
• Electrical:
  Repairing and replacing receptacles, light switches, light fixtures, ballasts, circuit breakers, electronic cash registers and electronic scales.
• Flooring:
  Repairing and replacing vinyl composition tile, ceramic tiles and sheet vinyl flooring.
• General:
  Routine painting, maintenance and repair of any physical aspect of the shop, fixtures and equipment in and around each shop facility.
