Overview

See’s Candies, founded in 1921, is a confectionery leader with over 250 retail shops. This seasonal Fulfillment Worker position starts in September/October, ends in December, and is located in Daly City.

• Process customer orders through third‑party shipping databases (e.g., UPS).
• Pull and pack orders accurately to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move and stage orders as needed.
• Label orders properly before shipping to ensure accurate delivery.
• Perform inventory organization, order verification, and overall fulfillment tasks.
• Retrieve and prepare returned items for restocking or further processing.
• Utilize basic computer skills for order processing, inventory updates, and tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area to ensure efficiency.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).

Seasonal employees are expected to work a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week. Pay:
Starting hourly rate of $20.85.
