Eram Talent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficiency of our office and the effectiveness of our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting in facilitating meetings and communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a quick learner, and possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily office operations, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
  • Coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Track office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain inventory.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as requested.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • oil and Gas Experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
