Position: ADMIN ASSISTANT (Experience with training institute/college)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant with experience in a training institute or college environment to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support tailored to the needs of educational operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with students and staff, managing training schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with event organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an educational setting and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks specific to training institutes/colleges, including scheduling classes and maintaining attendance records.
  • Coordinate communication between trainers, students, and management.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training events.
  • Maintain and update student and course records accurately.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective and current students professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities.
  • Support the management team with general office administration tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a training institute, college, or educational environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Customer-focused attitude and professionalism.
