Executes administrative policies. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of plant. Control the process of shipments and orders. Maintain internal and external communications to ensure message continuity. Coordinate internally with other management staff members for completing given assignments. Coordinate with HR regarding HR processes and needed actions.

Key Accountability Areas & Key Activities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of plant.
  • Control the process of approved purchase orders to related parties.
  • Control the process of shipments.
  • Supervise the company guards, housekeeping staff and the gardener.
  • Maintain internal and external communications to ensure message continuity.
  • Coordinate internally with other management staff members for completing given assignments.
  • Collect, organize and store information using computers and filing systems and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Receive and guide visitors to the plant.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding HR processes and needed actions.
  • Perform translation work as necessary.
  • Monitor the work schedule.
  • Understand and follow safety rules and company work/attendance rules.
  • Compile and type statistical reports and record minutes of staff meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work Contacts
  • Daily with immediate manager and frequently with other section supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
  • +2 years in FMCG, retail or consulting companies ideal.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Other Skills & Languages
  • Excellent in English and Arabic verbal and written; critical thinking and ability to do multi-tasking.
  • Good communication skills, good time management, self‑motivation, being flexible.
