Commercial Sales Manager - Finance at Siemens Energy

The role involves negotiation, commercial and proposal responsibility for the development of Compression Service orders and projects for the Middle East Region, including Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, sophisticated modification and upgrade projects, and coordinated solutions opportunities. You will support the preparation and presentation of opportunities throughout the bid process for the Compression Service organization.

• Long-term hands‑on experience in commercial bid and sales management in complex service projects.
• Advanced skills in bid preparation (incl. calculation), taxes and NCM, contract negotiation, financing, accounting and reporting principles.
• Analyze tender requirements, identify, manage and mitigate risks in commercial areas (currency risks, financial instruments, terms of payment, insurances, export control & customs).
• Structure bids, guide regional colleagues, and create clear wall‑to‑wall calculations.
• Lead negotiation of commercial T&Cs and consortium contracts with relevant departments.
• Support the selection and evaluation of business partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance (more experience may be considered for a higher level).
• Strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in project management, marketing, or cost estimation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team‑oriented environment, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication of technical financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Authorized for employment in the country of posting; current visa sponsorship may be considered for internal transfers.
• Travel up to 40% within the region of employment.
