Basic Function

Plans and executes planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM staff and supervisors of his organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to regular P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.

Conducts special P&PM related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system related changes.

Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements Educational Levels

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.

Five (5) years related experience is required.

Preferred Training

Knowledge of management accounting, intermediate level finance, and advanced level Excel is required.

Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
