Senior Process Excellence Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Process Excellence Executive will play a key role in supporting the team through process analysis, process mapping, data evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

• Process Analysis:
  Support in mapping existing workflows and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Data Collection & Analysis:
  Collect, interpret, and analyze data to drive process improvement initiatives, utilizing tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: drive Kaizen initiatives and other improvement projects by offering insights, solutions, and recommendations.
• Documentation:
  Develop and update process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with different departments to gather information, share insights, and promote best practices.
• Reporting:
  Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight process performance and improvement outcomes for key stakeholders.

  Coordinate with PEX members in different stations to share knowledge and recognize replication areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Ground Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
