About the Role We are looking for a Product Lead to join our product-driven team and lead improvements across the platform’s booking flow, customer experience, and in-app monetisation. The ideal candidate will define the product roadmap, launch features that improve conversion, repeat bookings, and retention, and use data insights to optimize the overall marketplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Working closely with the engineering & design team along with other key stakeholders to manage sprints and ensure smooth product releases.
• Improve the booking flow, customer experience, and monetisation of the platform.
• Launch product features that drive conversion, retention, and repeat bookings.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior using Google Analytics or Firebase.

Key Requirements
:

• 5–8 years experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years at a marketplace, eCommerce, booking or ride-hailing startup
• Proven track record of launching features that improve conversion, engagement, or retention.
• Strong understanding of marketplace booking flows and user journey optimization.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
• Ability to analyze product data using Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar tools and then use this data to inform decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
