Warehouse Shift Supervisor -TR

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations during an assigned shift, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Ensures accurate inventory control, site material preparation, and timely coordination with logistics and project teams. Maintains compliance with safety standards, drives productivity, and ensures quality service to meet operational and customer requirements.

• Team Leadership & People Management: schedule staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, coach, and resolve conflicts.
• Operational Efficiency: ensure smooth material flow, optimize resources, track productivity KPIs, safety & compliance, enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Quality & Inventory Control: monitor quality standards, maintain accurate inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting & Administration: document shift outcomes, communicate handovers, and escalate issues.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process optimizations and engage staff in problem solving; monitor productivity metrics such as items processed per hour and throughput vs target.
• Quality and Defect-Free Output: compliance with customer specifications and safety; monitor incident rate and near miss reports.
• Inventory Accuracy: cycle count accuracy, shrinkage levels; reduce operational downtime by minimizing delays and material flow disruptions.
• Cost Control: labor efficiency, overtime reduction, and resource utilization.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure adherence to applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Diploma or higher; technical degree preferred.
• 2 to 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team motivation skills.
• Proficiency with S4
  
  HANA SAP EWM systems and Lean methodologies.
• Skilled in performance monitoring, data analysis, and MS Office tools.
• Decisive, adaptable, and problem solving oriented.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
