1.Business Development & Sales

ØIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities earthmoving equipment rental business in Eastern Region.

ØBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and project managers.

ØDrive sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, collection, profitability & the benefits targets for the earthmoving equipment rental.

ØMaintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and RFQs.

ØLead key account management initiatives to retain and grow existing clients.

ØReview credit control performance and make sure timely payment collection from customers.

ØConduct survey, collect and provide the necessary information about market, potential customers and competitors to keep our organization competitive in the market.

2. Earthmoving Equipment Rental Operations Management

ØOversee operations including sales, customer service, coordination, and support functions for earthmoving equipment rental business.

ØEnsure proper fleet availability, equipment mobilization, and timely delivery of machines to client sites.

ØWork closely with operations, service & maintenance, and logistics, teams to ensure smooth end-to-end rental processes.

3. Team Leadership & Performance

ØManage and mentor a team of sales managers and executives and support staff.

ØSet targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of the team.

ØConduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

ØPromote a positive and high-performance work culture.

4. Client Service & Compliance

ØEnsure high service quality, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

ØMake sure all rental contracts, POs, and agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.

Skills
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in management.
  • Fluency in English and good presentation skill,
  • Total 10-15 years of relevant experience working in the Earthmoving equipment rental services industries.
  • Customer service aptitude.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
