Collection Agent

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients via phone and email to ensure timely payments and outstanding receivables are collected efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.

• Contact clients on a daily basis through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment statuses.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the finance team in achieving collection targets.
• Represent the company professionally and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Persistent, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, accounts receivable, or a related field is an advantage.

• Saudi nationals are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
