Project Manager, Business Analyst

This Service Order requests a Project Portfolio Analyst to support the growing workload by monitoring portfolio performance, preparing reports, and providing data-driven insights. The role is needed to improve transparency, strengthen decision‑making, and ensure consistent reporting across projects. This support will help reduce risks, delivering better efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

• Track the performance, progress, and health of all projects within the portfolio.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Prepare regular portfolio-level reports for management.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide insights for decision‑making and highlight key challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and EPMO standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, departments, and business units.
• Facilitate information flow and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop, customize, and integrate PMO tools to streamline project management processes.
• Design and optimize UI/UX for seamless user experience in PMO platforms.
• Ensure system integration and interoperability between project management systems and enterprise tools.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to enhance tool reliability and performance.
• Manage change implementation for PMO tools, ensuring user adoption and process alignment.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for both front‑end and back‑end development teams.
• Recommend development solutions and identify risks for product and service implementation.
• Translate requirements into a curated set of technologies to support design and build of a modern digital architecture for new digital products or services in scope.
• Create solution structures that meet various requirements, balancing goals and constraints.
• Adhere to technology, tools, and standards defined by program architecture governance.
• Understand and synthesize customer needs into working products.
• Work with product management to define customer outcomes, assist, and support in developing user stories.
• Collaborate with product teams and business units to understand cross‑customer and business impacts from new products and services.
• Support change management and service introduction teams by identifying impacts from new products and services.
• Assist in communication and coordination of various project teams to maintain alignment.
• Report and perform under the direction of the functional area's team lead.
• Improve portfolio transparency by providing clear visibility into project status, risks, and portfolio performance.
• Deliver accurate analyses and reports that support executive decision‑making.
• Identify issues early and support mitigation actions.
• Support governance activities and ensure compliance with SEC standards and policies.
