Summary The Internship Program offers fresh graduates students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic commercial environment. Interns will support the sales team, develop business and customer engagement skills, and build a strong foundation through structured learning, coaching, and real-world projects.
About the Role- Major Accountabilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and field coordination. - Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer insights.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems.
- Participate in customer meetings and internal business reviews, where appropriate.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives assigned by the line manager while ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and standards.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Accuracy and quality of reports and documentation.
- Active participation in learning and development activities.
- Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset.
- Positive feedback from manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work Experience:
No prior work experience required. Internship, extracurricular activities, or university projects are an advantage. - Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Languages:
English. Arabic.
