Strategy & Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Performance Management

• Support the Annual Business Planning (ABP) cycle for Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Holding functions.
• Assist SBUs and Corporate Functions in defining strategic objectives, KPIs/OKRs, initiatives, and performance targets.
• Maintain strategy and performance data on the designated digital performance management platform, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly and quarterly performance information from SBUs and Corporate Functions.
• Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, Investment Committee, and Board reviews.
• Track agreed performance actions, milestones, and corrective measures and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

Performance Evaluation

• Support the administration and coordination of performance evaluation cycles for senior management and SBU leadership.
• Collect and consolidate performance data, supporting documents, and evaluation inputs.
• Assist in preparing evaluation summaries, scorecards, and management review materials.
• Track evaluation outcomes, agreed actions, and improvement commitments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of evaluation results, approvals, and supporting documentation.

Transformation & Value Creation

• Support the coordination and monitoring of transformation and business improvement initiatives.
• Assist in conducting business diagnostics, process assessments, benchmarking, and opportunity identification.
• Maintain transformation initiative trackers covering milestones, owners, timelines, risks, and expected benefits.
• Follow up with SBUs and Corporate Functions on transformation actions and implementation progress.
• Support preparation of transformation dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Assist in tracking value realization, operational improvements, and benefits achieved from transformation initiatives.

Coordination & Department Support

• Coordinate with SBUs and Corporate Functions to obtain required strategy, performance, and transformation information.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and management briefing packs.
• Maintain departmental trackers, databases, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Support workshops, performance review meetings, strategy sessions, and transformation meetings.
• Follow up on assigned actions and ensure timely closure and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years or above of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Performance Management, Business Analysis, Transformation, PMO, or Management Consulting.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of KPI, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, business planning, and performance management concepts.
• Exposure to strategy or performance management systems is preferred.
• Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, research, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several assignments simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Arabic would be an advantage.
