Business Development & Partnerships Director

• Lead and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with Jisr partners in all solutions areas
• Knowledgeable of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities
• Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies, and capabilities of the alliance
• Maintains updates to the partner on the latest developments of their alliance account
• Provides feedback to the partners if needed
• Develops and executes attainable and strategic plans with the market needs
• Builds multi-level relationships with its partners including those at the executive level
• Produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategies
• Coordinates with sales departments to launch partner sales planning and opportunities
• Develop the Division's functional strategy in line with the Organizational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal incorporation with other interfacing functional strategies across
• Direct the Development of the daily work plans and initiatives in line with the functional strategy
• Establish a process for setting targets and goals, and authenticate the Division's scorecard and KPIs
• Develop and supervise key businesses, financial risk management operations, and mitigation tactics within the Division
• Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
