FLSmidth is seeking a Customer & Supply Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and strategic mining customers. You will lead onsite meetings, gather KPI data, and review SLAs to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
You will synthesize customer feedback with internal planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met while maximizing value. This role requires on-site engagement and strong relationship skills.
