Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Design & Communications Department. In this role, you will report to the Creative Lead and play a supporting role in evolving our brand and design content across digital and print mediums. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into compelling visuals that support wider brand development. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator with a passion for branding and a keen eye for detail.

• Collaborate on the design of marketing material, social media visuals, brochures, and website banners.
• Support the creation of branding elements, presentations and promotional assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Uphold the brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Demonstrate the ability to create effective designs that align with and reinforce the established brand look and feel.
• Design key visual assets for the website (e.g., banners, icons, illustrations, and graphics for landing pages) in collaboration with the web/product team.
• Produce engaging infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex information.
• Create basic motion graphics or video edits for social media and web content (a strong plus).

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating good practice in visual identity design, branding, and multi-format content creation.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Solid understanding of fundamental design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to prepare and hand off clean, organized files for both print and digital outputs.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is required.
