About the job
One of our clients in the renewable energy industry is seeking the position of Assistant Tax Manager.
Qualifications- ACCA CMA Certified
Eastern Province
Experience3 years plus.
Responsibilities- Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC
- Tax planning and computations
- Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC
- Transfer pricing rules and prepare files
- Develop and implement tax reporting systems
- Structure tax efficient entities and minimise the tax impact
- Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as invoicing
- Attend to appeals and submissions
- Tax audit and health check on various facets of tax status for entities
- IM&A related tax advisory and CFO support
